About PuntyAI

PuntyAI is a private, invite-only tool for generating AI-powered horse racing content. It is operated by Gerard R. and is not a public service. Access is restricted to authorised users only.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

• Email address — used to verify you are an authorised user
• Display name — shown in the navigation bar
• Profile picture — shown in the navigation bar

This information is stored in your browser session only and is not persisted to a database. It is cleared when you log out or your session expires.

How We Use Your Information

Your Google account information is used solely to:

• Authenticate your identity and restrict access to authorised users
• Display your name and photo in the app interface

We do not use your information for marketing, analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond access control.

Third-Party Services

PuntyAI integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to their sign-in service.
• OpenAI API — for AI content generation. Content sent to OpenAI is subject to their data usage policies.
• Twitter/X API — for optional content posting to social media.
• WhatsApp Business API — for optional content delivery via messaging.

Data Storage

All application data (race meetings, generated content, settings) is stored in a local SQLite database on the server. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.

Cookies

PuntyAI uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is:

• Encrypted and signed to prevent tampering
• Restricted to same-site requests
• Sent over HTTPS only in production
• Cleared when you log out

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies.

Data Deletion

To remove your data, simply log out. Your session data is immediately cleared. Since we do not store your Google profile information beyond the active session, no further action is required. To request deletion of any other data, contact the app operator.
